Theis Law Firm/Pontoon Title Company

I've used Theis Law / Pontoon Title quite a number of time over the years for everything from real estate transactions to legal advice. They're professional, kind and courteous. I needed to reach out recently for an urgent request and as usual, Jenna was all over it for me. She provides over-the-top customer service. SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! I'm SO GRATEFUL to have folks like these in my life!

Almost impossible to get a hold of. And waste of time and money. After I was told he would call back in a few weeks with updates on my case, just for him to drop my case and not tell me until weeks later after me reaching out find out the progress. So he had no plans to represent me after taking my money and time, and didn't tell me until I reached out to him. Mouths wasted Hundreds lost!

Mr. Theis and his staff have been very thorough and helpful with handling my late mothers estate. Questions we had were answered promptly. Would recommend this firm to handle estate related issues.
