I reached out to this office multiple times over several months seeking legal advice and was consistently told by the administrative staff that someone would return my call. Unfortunately, I never received a callback despite repeated attempts. I even offered to pay for a brief consultation or simply get a quick answer on whether my situation was worth pursuing, but still received no follow-up. I also tried emailing them a few times with no response. I would have appreciated even a short response letting me know they couldn’t assist or that I was heading down the wrong path.
