Completely inhumane. The customer service here SUCKS. Read all the other ONE STAR REVIEWS. Watch them say they can’t locate my information in response… Theresa is the girl working my case and it has taken her two weeks to respond to a text and to ask me a question I told her I needed more information on. She never explains anything nor does she answer questions. They’re working on their pay out as we speak. But forget mine. I’ve asked for the lawyer to call me, no one will let him call me. I get other people calling me. Just to run conversation in circles. This is sad work. My car was hit at the end of August, and it’s still not been fixed working on 3 months later. This is how you treat your clients? Jesus and the Devil are real, what you give out in the world will always come back to you
