Almost 2 yrs. to the day a gentleman by the name of Tim Upton called me and informed me that my mother had been involved in a pretty bad wreck and he was the attorney she chose to represent her. He said he just wanted me to know she was gonna be taken care of in a professional and She was gonna be ok after some intense therapy and some TLC. When I hung the phone up I started to think about how unusual it was to receive a call like that...Have you ever heard of an attorney calling the family members of a client to inform them of their mothers accident? That's when I knew Tim and his staff at the Upton Law Firm really cared​!!

I was told by him and his staff his was a criminal attorney. Had I had been told he was a ambulance chaser I would have never hired him to defend my son in in a murder case. My son got 40 years for manslauder only because it was manslauder to begin with that was the evidence and that was all they could charge him with. But because Tim was in over his head he made my son believe that they would find him guilty of murder and give him life. Hire him or morris Bart. Your choice.
