They lied straight to my face for MONTHS telling me they were refiling my application, when in reality they did NOTHING. Every time I reached out, I was fed excuses and empty promises. When I finally pressed harder, they ghosted me completely. No refund, no accountability, no honesty. Just silence. They stole my money, wasted my time, and put my entire brand at risk. Bombarding our mailboxes with those scam emails does not make sense at all. They attacked us like hyenas in less than 24 hours of receiving office actions for our trademark applications. === Update 11/04/2025: We have no relationship with them and have never done business with them. We have never signed up to be added to a scam mailing list. By clicking on "Manage Your Subscription" they would have full access to our computers, our activities, and possibly hack our computers. This is more than a scam email.
