The Ticket Clinic - A Law Firm

I had a very disappointing and stressful experience with The Ticket Clinic. The communication was extremely poor from the beginning. I spoke with Yari, the assistant for the attorney handling my case, and the interactions were consistently unprofessional and dismissive. I was told the lawyer would appear in court for me on Monday at 8:45 AM, only to later be informed they “never knew” about my court date. This left me completely unprepared and forced to handle the situation on my own. When I tried to get clarification, I was repeatedly talked over, and at one point the call was even disconnected while I was explaining that I needed representation. I was also told I would need to bring $1,600 in cash to their office if I wanted them to take any further steps. At no point did I feel supporte

I paid more than $150 to hire their lawyers for a ticket of inproper change of lanes which is super simple to go to court for but i turned to ticket clinic because of my work schedule not allowing me to take care of this on my own. They took almost 2 months after i had to follow up with them to give me a court date. Not only that, while signing the paperwork for this process, the salesperson told me that most of the time there are no court fees and if there are, they’re usually less than $100. Almost 4 months later, i see i am being charged court fees of $140+. The Ticket Clinic are salespeople and they are not one bit transparent with you. They supposedly help reduce the court fees but it does not seem as if this is a reasonble amount paying a total of $300+ for a minor ticket that i coul
