I got your services and the person who took my information assured me that I will receive my money back if I haven't received a ticket in 10 years or more, which I haven't, now I called to see why I haven't received my money back and the agent who got my call said he doesn't know why the other agent gave me that information, because he doesn't know about it. Can you please clarify this issue for me? This is not right though… if you promise something to get the client you should keep your word. Hope I get some real responses about this situation.

The Ticket Clinic is the best choice you can possibly make for finding the most competent defense for a summons you received from a police officer. I received 4 citations from what I would describe as contempt of cop from a police officer who had no interest in finding out what happened with my situation. If he could have given me 7 tickets he would have. Luckily, I found Michael Berg at The Ticket Clinic. He provided me with a great defense. I was able to survive the nightmare that cop put me through thanks to him. Without Micheal, my life could easily have changed for the worse. He made me feel safe and protected. And he delivered!

The Ticket Clinic in Collier County is hands down the worst. I told them straight up I wasn’t speeding. I had cruise control on and they still did nothing. Paid them their fee, and then found out online that I still have to pay a fine and take driving school. Did they call me to let me know the outcome? Nope. Zero communication. If you’ve got Wizard, use that instead at least you’ll get updates. Honestly, I hate even driving through Collier County, the cops there are out of control.

Used ticket clinic for a ticket where I was confident I was cited for going a higher speed than I actually was. I ended up having to pay even more $$ than the original ticket in court fees, and was court ordered to do traffic school. Not worth it.
