In my opinion Mr. Andrew Swain could care less about his clients or true justice. I had a mortgage company incorrectly bill me and records were incorrect and askew and even affected my credit. The company said and still says in response to a complaint I filed with The Consumer Protection Agency (three)That I didn't pay them in March and April 2024. They did not take the mortgage over until April 2024. I have bank records, which they have been given, proving I made all mortgage payments. Now the company is saying my mortgage will be upped and saying my escrow payments have increased by over $2,500.00 when they actually still owe me escrow money for an error they made with my home insurance.
