I found this law firm to be straightforward, hard-working, fair, and easy to work with. I had some complicated requests for my end of life planning and he listened to me, asked questions that showed me that he was truly interested in what I wanted and the final documents were very well crafted and matched what my ultimate goals were. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Stephen Seach is extremely rude. He works as the Solicitor for Butler Township zoning, but does nothing to enforce the zoning laws. I have a neighbor who broke 3 ordinances. The zoning official Ralph Kelchner did nothing, even with proof. Instead of enforcing the zoning codes, they want you to cough up thousands of dollars for a lawyer. I am a home owner, don't my tax dollars pay for these zoning laws to be enforced? Why are these ordinances written if the township does not follow them? They cannot answer that. Instead, they shut you out and tell you to get a lawyer. This is where our tax money goes. This neighbor broke the Outdoor light ordinance, Noise ordinance, and Code 307, "calling & shouting."
