Literally could not be more unhelpful. It's difficult to get someone on the phone. If you are successful getting someone, they delight in telling you that they can't share any information due to confidentiality issues.

I have been attempting to get a 'paid in full' letter or judgement satisfaction to release the lien placed on my home's title for the past 3 weeks and they keep dragging their feet. The debt was paid in full in 2021 and they never bothered to provide said letter or judgement satisfaction (breaking Wisconsin laws for both not filing the satisfaction and not providing the letter within 7 days of request).

Been a homeless Vet for the past 5 years. Finally in the final steps of buying a home. (This has to come off for approval) I save up all of my money for a whole year to pay off a collection. I send the money and almost 2 months later I call Navy Federal and still they haven't sent the payment over to them. Effectively making me homeless again. Thanks for the sense of urgency I was very polite and I noticed and something was off the whole time.

UPDATE: Tried repeatedly to contact this company for a year and NEVER got a response from anyone. Not via calls nor email. Here we go on 4 years after the original "lawsuit" date and suddenly they are back at it, going to the courthouse every other month and filing more fees and racking up fees I will have to pay. I can't even access my account or talk to anyone to pay and they continually are searching for my employers to garnish my wages. I would be happy to pay but I can't if they give zero information and provide zero service. What a scam! I don't even know what to do at this point. I am calling the courthouse tomorrow and filing a complaint. I keep getting letters from one of their branches for a debt I owe. I have received 3 letters from the court because they keep filing suits BUT

Worst people to communicate with on the phone and they will just give you another number to call over and over again with no one really helping and giving you answers. Worst customer service ever. Dont do nothing with this company.
