Keith is the attorney I have been working with and has been very supportive and helpful. I know he is working hard on my case. I have not heard anything in a bit but I know it takes time and waiting on the one you have the lawsuit with. I have every bit of confidence that he will come through with flying colors as the old saying goes.

I was referred to Mr. Samson by a colleague of his that happens to be a friend of mine. My initial contact was directly with him and before even hearing why I was calling he assured me he would be back in touch with me. This is before Derby 2025. After leaving three messages on his voicemail and three messages with his receptionist, I had never heard back from him. I don't know much about law in Kentucky, but as a former New Yorker, I can assure you this is not how they do business and wouldn't survive if this is the way they conducted themselves. Absolutely unprofessional in any vocation. I highly recommend you NOT calling him because you probably will never hear back from him and waste 2 1/2 months.

We had a great experience with Jeff and his team. He thoroughly reviewed our case, agreed we had a case and helped us every step of the way. In situations like ours, you have to relive things you don't want to, but Jeff made it easy, comfortable and explained things we didn't fully understand. He and his team were very responsive as well.
