The ruff law firm is a class act and definitely a ram in the bush. My son had some legal issues that were brought to her attention for which she handled them in a professional manner and delivered the desired outcome? She knew it was an uphill battle but she kept on pounding and listened very intently to her client concerns . I know it was the right choice when I commissioned her for the assignment . If I could leave 0 stars I would happily do so. After acquiring Ruff Law Firm services it quickly became apparent that attorney Michelle Ruff didn’t seem inclined to diligently do the job she was paid to do. Poor communication, lack luster professionalism and no help or useful legal advice. TWICE did attorney Michelle Ruff THE NIGHT BEFORE a court appearance inform that she would NOT be in attendance. While also admitting to being “forgetful” & NOT thorough when it came to providing evidence substantial for case. If you want to take a Plea deal this may be the right firm for you, HOWEVER be weary of a firm that refuses to “argue” your case. 10 months later and am having to find a new attorney.
