I spoke to Queenan Law Firm to give them my information to set up a consultation for my case. I asked them how the process works and asked if we would approach the issue a certain kind of way. Instead of saying no and mentioning the correct way of the process she gaslit me into feeling stupid in my time of need. I know nothing about the law process and they made me feel so uncomfortable and less than. I kept asking what’s the correct process and instead of being clear of the steps she kept telling me of how they “definitely don’t do that here”. I gave up got off the phone and contacted Lowe Law. They told me they are definitely able to handle the things I asked and I’m proceeding my case with them.
