Personal information was collected before any engagement, and my requests for confirmation of data deletion were ignored. Despite assurances, Attorney Brendan Hanley (ID: 479612024) never provided the promised liability insurance certificate. Communication was unprofessional, and follow-ups were met with hostility. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress.
