Not very knowledgeable about actual real estate law. A waste of my time. He’s also been CAUTIONED by the Bar association multiple times. Do your research, he won’t.
Don defended me with diligence and perseverance and drove to Springdale on several occasions just to oversee my case. I never had to ask for an update or wonder what was going on with my case as he always kept me informed. Don is brilliant (take a look at his webpage) and a savant of construction law. He answered all legal questions without hesitation and didn't waste my time. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and wouldn't use anyone else but Don in future legal matters.
