While it's nice that the firm shows interest in my case, it is unfortunately the staff are looking for copper in a gold mine. I have a case with tons of tangible documented evidence of unlawful discrimination, whistleblower, retaliation. Yet, they focused entirely on wages and hours theft when I repeatedly stated that my case doesn't have any issues under that category. But my deception was when I asked the intake specialist about the perceived disability discrimination under FEHA, the staff responded: "You need to prove you have a disability with documentation" that response alone raised red flags, if they don't have any idea about the difference between "actual vs perceived disability" it's time to run away. I wasted over a month just being asked questions regarding breaks, lunch, etc. T
