I hired William Nolen for an eviction after foreclosure. I’m an investor and I was having difficulty getting the previous owner to talk to me. The circumstances were a bit unusual and I needed some assistance. Mr Nolen was a bit slow getting the case filed (maybe he was busy with other cases). Eventually, we got to court. The previous owner had requested a Jury Trial which worried me. Prior to the trial, Mr Nolen negotiated with the defendant and we were able to avoid the trial all together. The defendant agreed to a judgment giving me possession one month away which was fine with me. Mr Nolen is very professional and knows what he is doing. He also gave me some suggestions for the future. I will use his services again if I need an attorney.

Unprofessional and cocky. Enters the waiting room saying"You are all guilty". States he is an eviction attorney but spelled "occupants" "occupents"on the certified letter and chicken scratch at best on his name. Won the plaintiff possession but not morally and ethically so. Another crooked individual in the justice system.

Do not use this guy. If I could give negative 1,000 stars I would. He will take your money and then will not respond we he makes a mistake. After several attempts to contact him through emails and voicemails I gave up. You have been warned. I am not surprised at the other negative stars. I have emails...
