After dealing with landlord and neighbor disputes involving harassment and safety concerns, and receiving what I believe is a retaliatory lease termination, I contacted Janice Newman through the Delaware County Bar Association. I had spoken to four other lawyers before her, and Janice Newman was the first to truly listen. She didn’t interrupt, asked thoughtful questions, gave real advice, and showed genuine compassion. Even when I was crying, lol. She was kind, professional, and empathetic—unlike the rushed or dismissive responses I got elsewhere. So much so that I felt the need to find her on Google and leave this review—and I’m happy to be her (their) first. If I move forward with legal action, I will absolutely work with Janice.
