I’m very disappointed with my experience at this law firm. My case began in 2023, and here we are in 2026 with little to no real progress. I initially paid $1,500 and was told letters would be sent out and things would move forward. After that, I heard nothing for months. Eventually, someone called saying they were going to “review the case again,” but once again there was no follow-up for a long period of time. When I reached out myself, I was told my case had been reassigned and I needed to set up another meeting. Not long after, I received a $200 bill, which I paid. Months went by again with no communication. When I finally called the office myself, I learned the attorney handling my case was no longer there and it had been transferred yet again.
