I received first class treatment. I called them to see if they could help me. The receptionist transferred over to what I believe was the main lawyer right away. He was honest and upfront. They were not able to help me with my specific situation but gave a lot of helpful advice and pointed me in the right direction on how to tackle my issue. It's crazy to me how unprofessional working with these lawyers was. They never responded to emails, RARELY gave me any updates on anything, and MISSED MY HEARING causing an additional charge against me. Mind you, my mother and I sent numerous emails to them trying to confirm that they were going to the hearing for me since that is what they had mentioned they would do. You would think that for the amount of money we pay these people that they would at least respond to an email. Terrible experience.
