John Melton is a crook. I paid him $3500 to file a discrimination lawsuit against a former employer. I wrote everything up for the EEOC complaint and he just put in on his stationary. He missed the deadline to file federal suit. Promised to file well over a year and a half and never did. Essentially ghosted me. He kept my $3500 and did nothing for it.

BEWARE: Predatory Law Firm. Taking client's (my) money with no intent of fighting for client's legal rights (pursuant to the letter of the law) in seeking justice for wrongs. Exploiting client's lack of knowledge in the legal process and keeping me in the blind on material facts regarding my case. Engaging in misrepresentations and concealment of material facts in the case that a client is entitled to know. Engaging in damaging unilateral legal motions without client's consent to allow and assist the opposition attorney to weaken the client's case through negligence, professional misconduct, and breach of duty in attorney-client relationship. And failing to respond to client's written communications regarding these concerns in the case. In June 2025, I requested (in writing) this law firm
