His son, Joe, was a good friend of mine in grammar school, and he helped assist with my family's planning for our Wills, Power of Attorney, and Medical Documentation. Horrible experience. Instead of using their supposed wisdom and experience to resolve my grandfather’s estate, they cherry-picked the wishes of beneficiaries, particularly one, to justify their financial decisions, which left us bereft of any and all assets, including those that could’ve continued to generate income or increase in value. The process lacked transparency, timeliness, and any degree of compassion. It made losing my grandparents unfathomably worse.
