Very Very Rude people the man who answered the phone had no customer service skills at ALL. every time I have contacted these people, they were just mean and rude!!!!!!!!!!!!! only got one star because it was required.

Everyone I have spoke with have been great my whole garnishment process. I feel like Tracy has grown to be more respectful in the last years. Only problem I have seemed to have is not recieving my reimbursement check for the money I have over paid on my garnishment. They say it was mailed out but it has been over a week and I have still yet to receive it. It’s very frustrating.

The woman I spoke with was very helpful and able to provide me with an update as well as update my personal contact information. I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. My issue was regarding a check garnishment, which of course was my own fault, and not that of the company. The company itself has been nothing but pleasant.

They definitely will collect your funds but bs about reimbursing overpayment. I’ve been waiting over 2mths for reimbursement and stop collection on an account I settled. Still being garnished and still No reimbursement. And all you get is lies and more money being deducted when this account should’ve been closed!!! Either someone is embezzling cause it doesn’t take 2mths to cut and send a check!!! I need a quick resolve asap.!

Bottom line they are a debt collector. Stop complaining about them doing their jobs and handle your business and get it behind you. Tracy took care of me and I paid my debt hassle free. I created my mess and I took care of my mess !! They even knocked like $50 off my debt for me. Good people just going to work everyday like the rest of us !!! Thanks for the help, understanding and working with me !
