If you think this attorney will help you with custody, he will only take your money and run. I paid this lawyer $3,000 that was donated to me to help me with my custody case and he refused any requests I had and didn’t help enforce the mandatory mediation even when I had to get the judge to order it. In court, he never objected to anything and I saw my money AND my son taken away from me because I believe I was not properly represented by him. He said he wouldn’t even ask for a new judge because he was afraid he would ‘upset her’. Isn’t that what attorneys do is to represent you and protect you especially to protect your parental rights?

Did not follow through with case, refused to return calls, did not do his job with concluding case, including not reviewing court papers after the judge had ordered in court certain stipulations, said he sent letter to me after he was reminded malpractice will be pursued, in court did not bring important documents, not recommended to hire him, shoddy job and would not do what i asked him to do like recuse judge for being friends with plaintiff. Said he was scared of her. Also trying to keep the remaining money that is owed to me.. office staff is unprofessional, hung up on me and gave me her advice, also lied about sending letter to me that case was ended. He shows no confidence as a lawyer and avoid him like the plague.
