I had a battery problem with my EV car. A friend referred me to The Lemon Law Attorneys (she got a good settlement). I had a great experience with the Lawyer and her assistant. At first the Lawyer called me few times to explain to me all the processes and possible outcomes. Her Assistant Susan H. So diligent and supportive, the best. She was in touch with me , often letting me know how the process was going; few times I forgot she said she will call me to give an update but she called even if everything was just the same. Very thankful.

The staff are very supportive and accommodating to follow ups and update requests throughout the process. My only disappointment was the case was submitted without the firm discussing the case with me. They seem to have predetermined the outcome of the case and just went with it without involving me prior to legally starting the case. I got to talk to the lawyer assigned after the automotive co has responded with their offer. I’m no legal expert and for all I know this could be the norm but how could a law firm represent you without talking to you first.
