Due to health and mobility issues, Brendan agreed to schedule all meetings and signings in my home. The first meeting was to inform him of the nature of my estate. At the end of that interview, I was surprised when he advised that since all my assets, financial and real estate, distribution was controlled by POD or DOD he didn’t feel a trust was needed.
