This guy is flipping awesome. He is not expensive, he tells you straight up from the word go what to expect and what is likely to happen. Before court, he not only told me exactly what the judge was likely to say and what questions the judge would have, he even knew what hand gestures the Judge was going to make while he was saying it. I encourage anyone needing legal help to talk to this guy. I expect every negative review is either the opposing side from a case with him or they never actually hired him. Tres is a great person. I have talked with other attorneys in town, he is by a long ways the best.

Solid attorney & extremely intelligent. Does his job and it’s funny how two opposing parties each posted a negative review. Haters going to hate I guess. Tres does his job & does it well. He’s a straight shooter & family man who will not sugar coat the issues, just litigate them which is why you hired him in the first place. The silly negative reviews are simply proof he will achieve the desired results if he is on your side.

This is a response to John Alonzo, I am the other party in this case. I hired Mr. Porter after the fact that the case was already years in, I am more then pleased with Mr. Porter! I have had such a hard fight with the other party, I would recommend anyone who is going through child custody or a divorce to hire Mr. Porter! I walked away from this case with 97% custody and now the fight is over. I couldn't of got any of this without Mr. Porter, he is truly a blessing!

This attorney has no personal skills and is very condescending. He is incapable of creating a peaceful, mediating environment between clients. He encourages disagreements and arguments between parties involved. Conversations between himself and parties involved are extremely unprofessional. I would highly recommend no one hire him unless it is a last resort and you wish a long drawn out court battle. Tres walked me through the custodianship of my mother, a very bright and social woman who walked into Alzheimer's almost softly, leaving a mess and legal/financial bog. Being her custodian, or the one who should be, I turned to Tres.
