Typical lawyer. I hired his firm to close my mom's estate and house sale. I had a balance on my non-refundable retainer and charged me separately on a buried line in the house closing. They were too busy to file the final probate paperwork. I asked them to check the forms I downloaded and filled out. They said it was fine. The county said otherwise.

Making things more complicated was that we live out of state. Mr. Brennan Gray was assigned to work with us and I can't say enough good things about him.
