I contacted Matt on a land (ranch) dispute between my ex partner and I. My wife and I met Matt personally for a consultation and immediately knew he was what we needed. Matt's advice and opinions were extremely valuable. He sized up the situation on the first meeting,analyzed, and came up with his conclusion of what the outcome would be. He was absolutely correct. With mediation, we resolved the situation, my ex partner is no longer, we kept the land. I was extremely pleased with Matt's full attention to my situation. He communicated with me through text every time I messaged him, even when I would vent my anger and frustration with my situation, he would reply to stay confident and assuring. I used Mr. Obermeier’s services a few years ago (2022) and never came back to write a review as I was still going through my process and was not in a great mental space. However, I wanted to come back and leave my fair review. Mr. Obermeier has good people skills for the most part, but at times can be a little dry and condescending. I used him for family law. I wouldn’t recommend him for that. I was trying to remove my child out of a violent and hazardous environment. He compared my case to his personal life referencing an extramarital relationship being an unjustified cause of his ex spouse denying him visitation. I felt this was important to mention as it was upsetting to me due to it following the theme of father rights instead of the specific details of my case, and I felt it insinuate
