I’m still in a case with Luke lawless. His secretary is rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t even let me finish speaking when I was explaining the situation to her. Luke has had a week to make contact with the appropriate people yet puts my family on the back burner. He has not shown the court evidence i have given him and does not seem interested in winning the case. I will update this with any new information. Updated November 18th. I spoke to someone new in the office today who ended up hanging up on me. I reached out via phone on November 7th, again on November 14th, and again on the 16th letting them know that I would be requesting a refund if they could not return my call as I have waited over a week and it is something important to the case. Doesn't return calls for weeks at a time. Doesn't pay attention to detail. The staff is rude. Luke will tell you to call him if you even need to talk then never returns calls when it actually has to do with the case.

Luke is so awesome! I am so appreciative of him and all he did for me in my child custody case! He always gets the absolute best outcome you can hope for. I highly recommend him to anyone for any case. He is very reasonable on his prices and he he is always willing to work with you on your budget. Luke was hired to help a friend. He's very professional. He worked hard for his client. He or his assistant Amy was always available to assist in the legal process. They were always cheerful and never made us feel like we were a nuisance as some attorneys do.
