Lou took care not only of our estate planning needs but also the needs of other family members (which we referred to him based on our initial and continuing dealings). Lou is an intelligent, communicative and compassionate professional. He was able to communicate legal concepts in simplified terms that we could understand. We also felt he genuinely cared about our case, taking the time to sort through the legality to advise us on the best possible outcome.
