I recently had my first appointment with Mary and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. She was dismissive, did not allow me the opportunity to fully speak, and appeared judgmental. I had expected a higher level of professionalism from this law firm, especially as my family had been prepared to retain their services. The quoted retainer fee was $3,500.
