I would not recommend Lederman or his paralegal, Tracy. They were exceptionally incompetent in many ways. - Misrepresented an encroachment to be less than one inch, when in actuality it was 8 inches across the entire property line. Lack of attention to detail on a serious property matter. Very concerning when I have to double check my own lawyer and paralegal. Lederman tried covering (lying) for Tracy when I brought this up over email. To her credit, she admitted to the mistake. He also tried convincing me to leave it alone. I didn’t. The home owners got the encroachment resolved upon my insistence. - Did not provide receipts for the house survey, title company, or escrow deposit with until I followed up repeatedly. Lee and Sandy provided a lot of great guidance through the sale of our home. They were very responsive to our many needs and were easy to work with. Never let us seem like a burden even though things got difficult at times.
