Kimberly was entrusted with the role of Commission of Accounts for the City of Richmond. Her job is make sure that personal representative are handling their fiduciary responsibility accordingly to law. She informed of a directive that she gave the PR handles my mother's estate. I informed her multiple times that he didn't do it. No because then he couldn't sabotage my relationship with the bank and now the house is up for foreclosure. One piece of paper that we (the heirs) should signed that btw she didn't provide not did he. It was her directive after reviewing his records per statement. She did Nothing. I apologize she copied a colleague on an email that she said contained family matters without my permission. She needs to be stripped of this role and every dime that either of them coll
