I had a very disappointing experience with The Law Offices of Harold J. Gerr. Initially, the firm accepted my case and provided verbal assurances that everything was under control and that there would be no issues moving forward. However, after taking the case, they failed to follow through and did not complete the representation as promised. For an extended period of time, there was no clear communication. Only after I personally followed up multiple times did I receive an indirect and reluctant response indicating that they would not proceed further. This information was not communicated proactively or transparently. The attorney assigned to my matter, John Bensulock, did not demonstrate professionalism, reliability, or the level of competence one would reasonably expect from legal co
Attorney Harold Gerr and the staff at his firm are the most trustworthy, caring and professional team, that I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! If I could rate 10 starts I would! If you’re injured and looking for an attorney that will truly be on YOUR side, look no further. I am beyond grateful to have found this one in a million firm!
This firm have represented my entire family; from MVA and for personal legal matters like wills, real estate, and such - on numerous occasions. Harold has gone above and beyond to assist my father in the past. Similarly, John has repeatedly exceeded his call of duty, and represented my legal interests beyond expectations. They’re all a great team, and it’s good to know they are all backing you and have your best interests at heart.
DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER! He is not for the community! If I could give him 0 stars I would. My mother is a senior citizen and hired him as a personal attorney and couldn't believe the way he spoke to her!! He even hung up on her in the middle of their conversation! This was not the first instance we encountered with him but tried to give him a 2nd chance. Never again will we use this lawyer or recommend him to any other future clients. Please take your business elsewhere as this is not the place you should go where it feels like family. SMH never again!!!
