My wife and I had a consumer protection issue with Home Depot regarding a flooring installation. We found Gerald through our ARAG group legal services. We provided Gerald with all the details and he jumped right in to handle the issue. We were requesting a formal complaint letter to be sent to Home Depot corporate office. Gerald was very personable, didn't promise we would be successful, but was supportive of trying. End result was Home Depot refunded the entire amount that was asked.
