The new owners of my building retained the services of Geoffery T. Motts office to eject me from an illegal apartment. (26 Harrison Ave Waldwick)(built w/o a permit) Ravit Hiers, Esq. of Mr. Motts office represented Mina and Chris Ghobrial, Mike Wen the new owners. Ms. Hiers was always late arriving for the hearings angering the judge. During the hearings if the judge made a favorable statement or ruling for the plaintiffs Ms. Hiers would smile at me and my attorney. Very unprofessional. The judge ordered me to be locked out of the apartment leaving a 68 yr old man homeless. The lockout date was 10/9/25.
