He set me up he did nothing on my case. Was rude disrespectful and would not allow me to ever get a word out or attempt to properly defend me and toook $1500 with doing barely anything. The state will use him to help their agenda. Don’t choose him choose your family.

I don't have a lot of experience with attorneys but Frank Toti is one of the most insensitive spineless human beings I have ever known. I had a simple divorce with no children and no extra community property except our house. The few times I talked to him he was arrogant and would cut me off when I was talking. His paralegal never responded to six emails I sent with questions regarding my case. I'm in a real dark place at this time in my life and because I displayed a lack of trust in his office he withdrawaled from my case. I didn't know attorneys were so sensitive. I thought they were fighters but apparently when you need an attorney for something easy, he can not deliver. Save your money and go somewhere else. Frank Toti is rated high because he pays for his ratings. He is a terrible lawyer and does not fight for your case. He doesn’t care once he’s paid and will do bare minimum. Find a different lawyer. Main issues: he refused to file motions of contempt and fight for my case, manipulated and railroaded me as his client, after actively trying to confuse me left me high and dry I eventually lost my half custody. Now here is why hiring him is worthless: my ex represented herself and came to every court hearing without an attorney and more importantly without good reason except to harass and scare me into going to court, filed her own motions and Frank still lost my case by simply refusing to fight for it and manipulated me as his client when he did so.
