I knew NOTHING about Worker's Comp claims until I needed help. So I advise you to watch the videos on their website. The process is explained in those videos. I did not see them until after my case was done. So please take advantage of the education. I HIGHLY recommend that you get legal help if you feel your claim at work is not going the way it should. Don't put it off, your injury could get worse. Their office staff is very knowlegeable, and can answer your questions. Once they took my case, I got the care I needed, which was the most important to me, and the outcome of my case was fair.

Nothing against Mr. Schaeffer in particular, Regina however was very rude and condescending. Bad experience because of her.
