They took care of everything including closing paperwork, withholding taxes for out of state residents, adjusting cost basis based on the home improvements we had done, etc. She was so accessible and patient with any and all questions we had, she explained the process so we knew what needed to happen and when, she is super knowledgeable, and she is just the nicest person. This was by far the best experience I have had working with a lawyer selling a home. I highly recommend!
