We get lots of calls for potential consumer cases and we wanted to find a place to help our clients get the help they need. We found Doug Scott. He has been extremely responsive and helpful for each of our clients we have sent his way. In fact, we get compliments from the clients we have sent his way for consumer matters. Doug Scott is our first call when we have a consumer law issue in the DFW area. Highly recommend him and his firm.

Doug helped me when a car dealership pulled a “bait and switch” on a member of my family. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and accurate in his assessment of the case. Not only did he engineer a great settlement, but also the other side had to agree to pay our attorneys fees! It was GREAT! Thanks Doug. He has my highest recommendation.

Incompetent! One of their attorney's, Douglas Scott, sent my business a letter stating they were going to sue us for a client of theirs. They must of just googled the business name because even though we have the same business name we are a different business in a different city. Instead of doing there job properly and using the bill of sale from the customer with the correct address they wasted our time trying to let them know by not returning calls or answering calls. We call several times trying to contact Mr. Scott to no avail and when we asked for Craig Zimmerman they said they did not know who he is or have a phone number for him even though his name and phone number is on the letter head. I would not recommend using the incompetent, unprofessional crooks.

Mr Doug Scott is awesome he answered everything to my standards. Super knowledgeable will always be my first choice and will keep recommending him to anyone that needs his services he deserves more that 5 stars!
