I had reservations about a “As Is” Real Eastate deal and I wanted to back out of it. The home had a 40 yr old, missing, loose, cracked tiles, Electrical panel and Polybutylene pipes that needed replacing and 2 Home Insurance brokers were unwilling to insure the home. Seller fixed the pipes and electrical panel but, not the roof. Closing date had passed and we extended a few times due to the seller not willing to fix a 24 broken/missing tiles and Mrs. Nunez helped me with the decision. The seller and I made a deal for him to fix the roof and we’re now for him to finish so, we can close the deal.
