I have had to hire lawyers before and it was always such a bad experience so the plan was to avoid hiring one. When doing research on paperwork that I needed, there was a video game link to book a consultation with this attorney. Decided to book and see what my options were. It was a different experience! It was so cool to see a lawyer that is a fellow gamer and has understanding of technical issues. Very down to earth, relatable, and professional lawyer and her secretary is so nice. Will recommend her to my friends!!!

Poor communication. Waited 3 weeks for callback after multiple attempts to contact after being referred from Legalshield. When I told her that I spoke with her personally 3 weeks ago and was told I'd be called back within 48 hours.. 3 weeks later she had attitude when called out on leaving me on hold.
