If you have a serious offense and need a good litigator - a jury showman - then by all means this is a great firm. However, if you have a relatively minor offense like I did, I had an absolutely horrible experience that boils down to inaction. Among other things, I needed some important paperwork on my sealed record that this firm handled - proving I was never convicted - and was summarily ignored multiple times.

He will take your money. And lots of it. And promise that he will show up in court. Because you are paying for Bruce Harvey. Yes he may show up once. But the on the important days he send a nobody. That threw me under the bus. and did nothing for my case. I would have been better off defending my self. He will not show up on the most important day. Even if he promises. Like he did with us. Now we need to hire a real attorney. To fix his poor doing. I have no doubt. That If he did show up. We would have had a better out come. When you hire Bruce Harvey. You do not get Bruce Harvey. But you pay for Bruce Harvey.
