The Law Office of V. Wayne Ward

Wayne was referred to me by another a few years back. Paid his fees, he suggested no issues And even referred case law that would’ve protected my case on the books since the 80s…how He knows this judge personally and plays golf with him. After paying his large retainer, it all went to crap! His representation was awful and my access to him did not exist. He offered almost no rebuttals in court and truly looked like amateur hour. I would Not recommend him for even a traffic violation. Good staff, but in the end, horrible attorney. Don’t confuse age on this one as wisdom in the court.

I have been a client of Attorney Ward's for over a year. He and his professional team have been handling my complicated divorce. From the first day of meeting his staff and Attorney Ward, I felt safe and in good hands. He is extremely knowledgeable and has guided me with utmost patience throughout this difficult time. I never felt pressured or obligated to sign on with him and he has been nothing but 100% honest with me about the challenges we would face. His staff is professional and extremely responsive. I respect them and value their hard work. I could not have made a better choice in hiring Attorney Ward to represent me!

Nothing I was providing them was brought up at any of the hearings. I will say that Gayla was helpful, but Wayne made me feel like I didn't matter. I had proof that what my ex was testifying and filing was a total lie and he didn't produce any of it. Then when I relieved him as my attorney they wanted to come after the remaining balance on my account. Not gonna happen since he did not do anything that he said he would and I had to get a different attorney to take over.

I had a horrible experience as client. Everything discussed between me and Wayne Ward ended up being empty promises. At time of mediation he bowed down to the other lawyer and ended agreeing with the other lawyer, telling us this is just the way the system works. He told us that we should just agree in mediation because a judge would not end up giving us anything we asked for....after Wayne Ward had told us numerous times that he could get us what we were asking for in mediation. We felt very blindsided and lied to. Mediation with him, was like having no lawyer representation at all.

Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE. Do not waste your money. Worst experience ever. Wayne cannot uphold anything he says, and goes mute in the court room, then bows down to other attorneys. Forgot pertinent documentation the day of our hearing. The man talks a good game but never leaves the bench. I wouldn't recommend this attorney to anyone, especially with children. If you're unlucky enough to have this fellow appointed to you by the court, take out a loan and pay a real attorney. I paid him and he still sucked.
