I have to say that my experience with Ms. Fowler was extremely disappointing. Ms. Fowler was the ad litem for a child in a case I was involved in. Ms. Fowler helped disrupt an adoptive placement - a placement that was likely this child's last chance at permanency. I read one review that indicated that Ms. Fowler is too closely aligned with CPS and follows whatever direction they present. This was certainly my experience. In my opinion, Ms. Fowler betrayed both the child and the potential adoptive parent in this particular case. She should be ashamed. Or disbarred for not serving the best interests of her client - the child.
