The Law Office of Taunya Knolles Rosenbloom

I called The Law office of Taunya Knowles Rosenbloom expecting to deal with Ms. Rosenbloom herself, but was given Lauren Wolfe, an associate. While Ms. Wolfe was able to assist me with my situation, she had a flat affect and was straightforward, without explanation or advice. I left not feeling my questions/situation was fully explained and she was reluctant to obligate herself to an answer or speak against another attorney. I expected more for my 2 brief consultations than the $400 bill for doing/saying minimal. I do not feel confident in Lauren Wolfe as an attorney, and she does not exude any confidence of her own. I definitely would not recommend her in a trial situation to represent a case. In the future I will not return to this law firm.

I did not have a pleasant experience with Lauren. Paid $1200 retainer and she did nothing related to the legal services I requested. Huge lack of communication, would take more than 3 business days to respond and very poor client service. Felt scammed out of my hard earned money. When I filed paperwork to discontinue services, she defensively stated I would not get a refund, rather than asking how she could retain me as a client. When I questioned why I wouldn’t get back the remaining money because of lack of services or even trying to provide services, I was never given an answer or even a call back like they promised. My experience with her puts a huge red flag on this office.

I see a lot of one star ratings in Google. I should have done more homework but I was unwittingly becoming ill and was scared and desperate for help. Now after a $200 session with Lauren i have been schooled by the oldest trick in the book. “Kick them while they’re down!” I might has just as well had been sleeping 💤! I was told primarily that this attorney was capable of working on behalf of a tenant in a dispute, only to find from a phone call made to me ( of course after the check was cashed that Ms Wolfe ( in sheep’s clothing could not handle my situation and she usually works for landlords. I merely wanted a letter made out to my landlord stating that he was not allowed on my premises without prior notice! Really! How hard could that be? Extremely disappointed and feel like I’ve been d

Paid $150 for a consultation that should have been free. Lauren Wolf has absolutely no experience at all. She gave me no advice, no outlook, no direction. Gave me absolutely no resolution or real analysis of the case or direction it may go. And then offered her services for a retainer fee of $3000 for civil custody case. Wayyyy over priced and under experienced. I honestly don’t think this law firm likes representing Men. Thats the feel I got from the start to the end of the consultation. Can’t honestly say anything positive about my experience other than they set up an appointment for a consultation pretty quick.

Taunya did an excellent job in a complex civil litigation issue. She is tough and will support her client through the ins and outs and is very responsive and also very thorough. Highly recommend anyone who needs an attorney in the area to have her represent them. She is a true professional.
