Shawn Pierson took advantage of my family's grief. It was the day after my father died and we were referred to him by the funeral home. He still took the appointment. Though he had already decided not to help us because it was only a small estate. He charged a consultation fee of $600 for talking to him for 15 minutes, which I had to deduct from the estate later on. He was also rude to my family for not knowing the legal process and interrupted them several times before cutting our appointment short and telling us a bill would be sent in the mail.
