When I called I was simply inquiring about a quote. The lady I spoke to on the phone insisted that I make an appointment for a consultation. She scheduled me one for Thursday at 2:30pm and stated someone will call me on that day and make sure I answer all calls around that time. Well 2:30 came and went NOTHING. If this is how they conduct business then I’m glad I found someone else.

Mrs. Hardaway represented me as my lawyer and she definitely delivered and took control of her role. Her communication was always consistent and was always opened if I had any questions or concerns. She was patient and understanding. I definitely recommend her to anyone. Thanks again!

Ms. Hardaway is a great lawyer and she will get the job done. I got hit with a reckless driving and speeding 75 in a 55 charge a few months ago and I called her for representation. She was able to get my speeding reduced down to a 9 under and she got my reckless driving charge dismissed. She communicated with the entire time and didn’t mind answering any question I had. I will be using her legal services for now on. Oh and her office is so nice and welcoming. She's definitely gorgeous 🙃

I received a speeding ticket in Hoke County visiting family. Got recommended to work with Serenity in handling the ticket because I live in Charlotte and wouldn't be able to make it back to Fayettville without taking off of work. Made a phone call and everything was handled expeditiously with great communication.
