I had the BEST, most fun (if that is possible) closing I have ever experienced with Russell C. Petersen. I have had more than two dozen closings in my real estate experience. This was the best!. All closings are good when money is properly disbursed, as many documents collected in advance, money sent on time, etc. And my prior closings were all good. But I will long remember this closing for the fun and professional attitude of Russ. Thank you!!!

I used them for all of my closings. Kaye is the best at setting up the closings and Russ comes in and saves the day. In and out every time in 30mins. They are my only real estate law firm!

Russ closed a property I sold in May 2024. He was everything you could ask for in an attorney. He was efficient, exact friendly and fun. But he is really going overboard after the closing helping with a lien problem that popped up a year later. He is in no way obligated to help.

Had a closing with Russell today, what a gem of an individual. He was so personable, and you could tell the care he had for our clients. The closing required a new set of docs drafted from the lender at the very last minute. Russell stayed calm, and stayed late. Closing as planned for a first time buyer, his staff is top notch. Not only is Russell and his team extremely knowledgeable and professional at what they do, they are also great people and care genuinely about their client. Russell even stayed late on a Friday night till nearly 8 PM to help me with a last minute Closing. They are the best in the business!
